In our work together, there is room to process what’s happening now, explore what has shaped you, and discover new ways forward that feel grounded and authentic. That might mean taking clear action or allowing the deeper truths to surface in their own time.

When Trauma Is Part of the Picture
For some, therapy involves working through events that still intrude on daily life, moments that feel unresolved or keep resurfacing. In those cases, I may integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or other evidence-based approaches to help reprocess what happened, so it no longer carries the same emotional charge.

We begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation call to explore what is bringing you here and whether my approach feels right for you. If we decide to work together, I will send secure online forms and we will schedule your first session.
In our first session, I will guide more - asking questions to get a clear sense of you, goals, and what is on your mind. From there, our work can be exploratory, practical, or both, moving at the pace and in the direction that serves you best.
